Hannah Gapp is a student in the Brown | RISD Dual Degree program, merging her academic interests with artistic ideation. She is currently obtaining her B.F.A. in Industrial Design and her Sc.B. in Earth and Planetary Science. Exploring themes of mechanical movement, her work utilizes human interaction to form mark and motion. She continuously fosters an environment of experimentation, recently investigating starch gelatin bioplastic to expand her understanding of biomaterials.
Outside of her academics and portfolio, she is engaged in gallery management, believing the curation of exhibitions upholds a large portion of art comprehension itself. She is looking forward to new applications of her interests and opportunities to learn.
